*So today just felt like a tiring workout day. I just felt tired the whole time. But the funny thing was when I was running on the treadmill and accidentally hit the “clear” button. Turned of the whole machine and I was around 1/2 a mile in. So, I don’t know what my official first mile of the day was… but I did finish it. I remember being a little over the 1/2 mile mark and “POW,” off. So that was lame, and that’s why my time says 9:04 because that was my second mile.
So don’t worry. Ran two miles but only got the time for one. But look at them sit ups… 80!
Don’t think I ran two miles in 9 minutes, now…

February 25, 2012 - Day #56 Weight - 296.7 lbs Total miles ran = 58 Workout Song of the Day *Had to rush my workout to make a dinner, that I was unfortunately late to. But overall had a good time, and a hard workout. I’m enjoying that these runs are getting better. But it’s always the second one I feel gassed.

February 24, 2012 - Day #55 Weight - 299.0 lbs Total miles ran = 56 Workout Song of the Day It felt good to get back into the gym for not going the past 2 days. Oddly enough, I felt ill-prepared to lift today. Like, my motivation and lifts just never felt right today. But my running felt really good. Though my first run of the day was slower by a second than my second run, it felt like a better mile. Overall, I almost felt like I just cruised through my running today. And I wasn’t too hot and sweaty after my first run, I felt well composed after it. Which was weird, but good.
